Size of multiple files
One of the things that I missed from my Windows says was the ability to select a number of files and the from the right-click sub menu select “properties” which would then give the combined size of the files I had selected.

You can very easily to the same on your Mac – simply select the files you want (you should use the “Apple” key to select non-consecutive files) and then either

ctrl+Apple-key+I

or

Right-click and then hit ctrl and the “Get info” will change to “Get summary info”
(or ctrl+click if you only have one mouse button – and then hold ctrl)

You will then get one single info summary screen for the files you have selected with the combined size.
